A. Shipping Costs and Information:
By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, we ship via DHL.
The shipping costs for European countries and international countries are calculated individually in the checkout and added to the shopping cart. From an order value of 120,00 € the shipping costs are covered.
Delivery is made within Germany, EU countries, non-EU countries within Europe and international countries.
I. Shipping within Germany:
The shipping costs within Germany (including statutory VAT) of €10.80 shall be borne by the customer. From an order value of 120,00€ the shipping costs are covered.
If the contract is cancelled, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you have any questions, please see the Right of Withdrawal for more information.
II. Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 2 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
