You may exchange your item within 14 days. Please note that you can only exchange an item once. If the new item still does not fit or does not meet your expectations, please return it and place a new order. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

You may exchange and/or return your item within 14 days. In either case, please contact us first at info@coreofgenkai.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

We have a delivery time of 2-3 business days.

Unless it is a made to order order. In this case the delivery time is between 4 and 6 weeks.

The shipping costs within Germany will cost you €10.80.

Shipping within Europe will cost you €28.50.

International shipping costs €85.50.

From an order value of 120,00€ we take over the shipping costs.
