Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed predominantly neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Irem Güctekin
Core of Genkai, Christian-Rübsamen-Straße 32, 35578 Wetzlar, Germany, e-mail: info@coreofgenkai.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unambiguous manner (e.g. by letter or e-mail). You may, but are not required to, use the attached sample withdrawal form.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel the contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel the contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of your cancellation.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
